Custom Decorated Apparel, Promos & Signs: 
We are unable to offer refunds or returns on custom-decorated products. Consequently, we encourage our customers to carefully review their designs and order details before finalizing. Our commitment to this policy ensures that we can maintain the highest standards of quality and service in delivering your custom apparel.

Retail Store: 
Items purchased in our retail store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are unworn and still have tags attached. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

Once we receive your design ideas, our graphic designer will create the initial mockup within two business days. If changes are required, 1-2 art revisions are included with our service. Multiple revisions or changing direction/design may result in additional fees.

Minimum order quantities vary by decoration method. As a guideline, our orders start at a minimum of 6 pieces for embroidered decoration and 15 pieces for heat-applied decorations. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your unique needs!
