We are unable to offer refunds or returns on custom decorated products. Consequently, we encourage our customers to carefully review their designs and order details before finalizing. Our commitment to this policy ensures that we can maintain the highest standards of quality and service in delivering your custom apparel.


Retail Store

Items purchased in our retail store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are unworn and still have tags attached. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
